Who would be the audience for your media product?
The audience for my media product would be for anyone over the age of 18. We decided that it should be this age because of the use of an Ouija board and by how dangerous it is to use it; it could make younger children think that it is safe to use one. Also because it is one of those types of horror film where it is unsuitable for anybody under the age of 18 to watch. The audience can appeal to either gender as it is not directed to a certain gender. We had previously research about film ratings and found that an 18 has violence, drugs, heavy swearing and much more in it. We decided it would appropriate that our film should be rated an 18.
